Middle Triangle Offense

This motion offense emphasizes simplicity and execution. The team running this offense attempts to get the ball to players in a good position to score in the low post or high post. This formation is not as common today with the emphasis on shooting the three, but Virginia used this as part of their offense to help them win the 2019 NCAA National Championship.
